How parents can stay “In the loop”:
- Our room parents, Ms. Pride (Makayla), Mrs. Wagner (Seth), and Mrs. Davidson (Macy) sent home a newsletter on Monday with class information and details on how you can participate in TCE events.
- You will be receiving the TCE Ribbit Report via email beginning this week. Please be sure to read this weekly newsletter to stay informed and involved. Current dates and events are listed in the Report each week and are also posted on the TCE website calendar as well.
- We are looking forward to seeing you on September 6th for our track 3 & 4 Open House at 6pm. At Open House we will go through our schedule, curriculum, classroom environment, and expectations for students in 4th grade.

How to team with your child:
- Check your child’s agenda each night to see that they have fulfilled their academic responsibilities and then sign your initials.
- Review and discuss their Weekly Reflection in their Friday folder. Talk about their successes, share strategies for improvement, and help them create goals for the next week.
- To keep up with your child’s progress weekly, review the work they bring home in their Friday folder – celebrate perseverance, new learning through mistakes, and mastery! Help them practice or review skills not mastered. Save these activities to use to review for unit, quarterly and end of grade tests.
