Snack

Snacks are a very important part of a child's diet.  Healthy snacks can help your child learn and feel better during the day.  Here's what we recommend:
Suggested:

Fruit (fresh, canned, dried)

Carrots sticks or other vegetables

Whole grain crackers

Pretzels

Graham crackers

Animal crackers

Whole grain cereal

Bagel

Raisin bread

Trail Mix

Cheese

Rice cakes

Granola bars (low fat/sugar)

Pudding cups

Fruit/veggie pouches
