Behavior Expectations
At Turner Creek, students are held to behavior expectations:
Live Safely
Expect Excellence
Act Responsibly
Praise and Respect All
At Turner Creek we are responsible, respectful, and caring in all of our learning spaces .
What can you do at home to support your child's behavior at school?
Teach, model, and reinforce MANNERS.
please, thank you, excuse me, good morning, have a nice day, I'm sorry.....
Be a role model - your child will imitate your words, body language and attitude.
Be supportive - talk to your child about their social interactions and ways they can respond when they are not comfortable. Act out scenarios with them and allow them to practice!
Remember that you represent all adults when you interact with your child - have high expectations!
